Retail Leasing Associate

Looking to move beyond general property support, administration or sales and step into something more commercial and hands-on?

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in property, leasing, retail, or a transactional environment to step into retail property and gain real exposure to leasing activity and deal execution.

You’ll join a high-performing property team where you won’t just be supporting the process — you’ll be actively involved in leasing activity, tenant engagement, and commercial outcomes across a diverse retail portfolio. • Supporting leasing activity across a retail property portfolio
• Assisting with lease documentation and commercial transactions
• Engaging with tenants and supporting new leasing opportunities
• Assisting with proposals, presentations and portfolio reporting
• Coordinating with internal teams across property, finance and operations
• Supporting market research and commercial analysis

• 2–3 years’ experience in property, leasing, retail, or a transactional role
• Strong communicator with confidence dealing with stakeholders
• Commercially minded and eager to grow in property
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Looking for a step up into retail leasing exposure
