Join Our Team in Hong Kong as a Project Manager!
Are you ready to lead and drive success? We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee our impactful projects in Hong Kong. If you're passionate about project management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall project management, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, progress reporting and risk management.
- Provide regular project status update report to management and customers.
- Attend all kinds of meeting related to implementation services and be the single contact point in the implementation team.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time and cost.
Requirements:
- A degree or above in computer science or electrical or electronic engineering, or equivalent.
- At least nineteen (19) years of post-qualification IT experience including at least fifteen (15) years of experience in managing one or more project(s) which involves the provision of IT system implementation services.
- At least three (3) years of IT experience in managing IT system implementation services in relation to the command and control or dispatch systems.
- PMP holder is a must.
- Ability to work on multiple items concurrently where required.
- Mature, self- starter, able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Candidate must be based in Hong Kong.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiations, and legal terminology.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Possess in-depth experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Solid experience of leading development teams for the application and database design, development, testing support and system implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Experience working on government projects is preferred.
