Civil Engineer (Piling)

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Reports to Construction Manager 

• Prepare detailed schedule and monitor the progress closely to ensure on-time completion 

• Prepare detailed method statements and relevant documents 

• Coordination between client, consultant, sub-contractor(vendors) and internal team 

• Generate and handle company reports, meetings, and documents required 

• Propose alternative work method or other way to properly address the issues related to Piling works 

• Review engineering calculations, specifications, and drawings submitted by subcontractors/vendors 

• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements 

Job requirements : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Civil Engineering Experience 

• At least 2 years’ experience in the construction & supervision of Vehicular structures and road projects preferably with LTA infrastructure projects 

• Candidate is required to have technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction specifically on Piling works and its applicable relevant quality and integrity test for pile cap and piers/columns construction 

• Candidate with experience in viaduct construction & knowledge of LTA work requirements is an added advantage 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office is mandatory while knowledge of Auto CAD will be helpful 

• Attained CSCPM/BCSS, Confined space, Work At Height certification 

• Good interpersonal skills 

• Hardworking and willing to learn 

Candidate must be based in Singapore.
