Apply directThis is a newly created role joining the existing Service Delivery team in Brisbane. The position acts as the conduit between Sales and the Networking / Facilities teams once a customer contract has been signed.
Once Sales closes a deal — whether that’s additional data centre space, connectivity, internet services or related infrastructure — the order/ticket is handed to the Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC). The SDC then takes ownership of the delivery process from start to finish.
The role is responsible for:
- understanding what has been sold
- raising and managing the internal records/tickets
- coordinating the required internal teams and vendors
- tracking progress through to completion
- keeping the customer updated throughout the process
An example could be coordinating a network route/connectivity service out to a customer site interstate, ensuring all internal and external parties complete their piece correctly and on time.
The role is highly process-driven and suits someone organised, detail-oriented and strong with ticket/task management. Compared to the Sydney Service Delivery team, which is more customer experience/account management focused, this Brisbane role is more transactional and operational in nature — closer to a junior project coordinator or “mini PM” role.
It’s a strong pathway into Project Management longer term.
