Newly created 6 month temp opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to lead and modernise People Operations within a digital health organisation.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll lead a team of six, drive HR systems optimisation, embed digital service delivery (including Jira), and uplift ER advisory capability across the business.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in environments undergoing change and can bring structure, insight, and leadership across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and uplift People & Culture operations - combining ER advisory leadership with projects focused on systems, process and service delivery transformation.
- Provide senior ER oversight and coaching to a team of HR Advisors.
- Drive people technology optimisation, using data and system outputs to inform smarter decisions and streamlined workflows.
- Lead end to end process streamlining and workflow design, reducing manual administration and improving efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
- Leverage data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities to modernise the people function.
- Act as a hands on leader and trusted advisor, partnering with senior stakeholders while guiding and developing through change.
About You
- Extensive Senior HR operations experience with strong hands on system capability -including optimisation, integrations and data integrity
- Sound ER judgement to coach and guide HR Advisors
- Proven leadership capability in HR and Talent teams
- Systems and process mindset, using data, reporting, workflow design and analytics to streamline people processes, reduce manual administration and improve efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
- A demonstrated interest in modernising people operations through technology, automation and AI, with a tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline
