A newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join a values-driven organisation committed to people, performance, and purpose.


Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you will contribute to a strategic agenda focused on workforce capability, employee engagement, and leadership development. This role offers the opportunity to influence and shape programs that align people strategies with organisational goals and purpose.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, implement, and evaluate organisational development strategies and frameworks that drive high performance.
  • Support culture and change initiatives across the employee experience.
  • Facilitate the deployment of organisational capability models and leadership frameworks.
  • Collaborate on strategies to foster engagement, inclusion, diversity, and a values-driven culture.
  • Assist in identifying capability gaps and coordinating training and leadership development programs.
  • Manage learning records and platforms to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including survey execution, analysis, and action planning.
  • Provide support for change management efforts including communication, readiness training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Report on key people metrics and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
  • Champion WHS principles and participate in health and safety compliance activities.


Key Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in OD, L&D, Change, or broader HR roles.
  • Proven facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience delivering insights from engagement or capability data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and learning platforms.
  • Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to support cultural or leadership transformation programs.


Desirable Experience:


  • Exposure to sectors such as high risk or industrial.
  • Familiarity with leadership frameworks and capability models.
  • Prior involvement in change or cultural transformation projects.
