We are currently partnering with a well-known not-for-profit to find a hands-on Payroll Lead to step into a 6-month contract starting 9th June.

- Lead a fortnightly end-to-end payroll for approximately 1000 staff across 7 sites
- Manage a small payroll team
- Work with set 24/7 roster patterns
- Drive leave reconciliations, annual & LSL
- Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and EBA's
- Month and year end reporting
- Use Aurion & Humanforce (cloud-based)
- Present insights to CEO & Board
- Proven Payroll Lead / Manager experience
- True end-to-end payroll ownership (including year-end)
- Background in complex, multi-site environments
- Confident presenting to Execs & Board
- Strong eye for data & detail
- Experience dealing with the Fairwork Ombudsman
- 6-month contract
- Start date: 9th June
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
