Title: Assistant Fleet Manager
Overall Purpose of The Job: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ships to which they have been assigned and collaborating as a member of the Ship Management Team operating to Company procedures and best ship management practices. Through a shared responsibility of safety and care, ensure assigned vessels are operated with absolute regard to safety of life at sea and protection of the environment at all times. Understudy and assist the Fleet Manager to monitor the service delivery to the client's customers and be a part of the decision making process that ensure the Customer is provided with a full functioning ship and crew thereby enabling top quality operational performance.
