(Senior) Supply Chain Manager

An exciting opportunity to join one of the market leaders in the industry as a (Senior) Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the demand/supply planning operation and driving operational excellence.

A typical day will include the following:

• Lead demand planning and forecasting to support business growt
• Drive S&OP alignment across demand, supply, and inventory priorities
• Implement new supply planning tools and methodologies, providing training and support to the team to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
• Manage critical path reporting, escalation, and the shipment planning process with suppliers.
• Lead the supply planning team in negotiating shipment plans, following up on shipments, and overseeing supplier logistics performance in partnership with forwarders.
• Create and present reports on critical path performance across all product categories.
• Present insightful reports and performance metrics related to the post-order process and shipment status to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risk
• Coordinate all production communications with suppliers, monitor cargo readiness, factory capacity, and engage with the customer’s logistics partners both locally and internationally.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 8 +years of relevant experience in supply chain or merchandising operations, ideally with retailers.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a similar field.
• Experience in managing a substantial team, along with strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Skilled at constructively challenging ideas and assumptions in a collaborative setting.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
