Project Engineer | Civils

Redpath Partners are recruiting for an established Tier 1 civil contractor who are looking to bring in a Project Engineer to assist in the delivery of an ongoing subdivision project that will offer a large amount of client exposure, commercial and leadership responsibilities.

This will suit an engineer with a strong understanding of drainage, kerbing, roading and earthworks ideally in a Tier 1 main contracting environment. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing civil projects
• Proven ability to coordinate onsite crews, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Strong skills in budget management, cost forecasting, and variations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidential dealing directly with the client
• Skilled in project programming, scheduling, and critical deadline management
• Ability to identify design and constructability issues and provide effective solutions
• Dedication to safety, quality, and environmental standards
