You will manage a diverse caseload, engaging directly with clients, providing legal advice and representation in family law matters. Your expertise will contribute to the resolution of complex family issues, making a significant difference in clients' lives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property settlements.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Conduct negotiations and represent clients in court as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case documentation.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in family law with 3-10+ years of post-admission experience.
- Strong capability in client management and legal research.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
