An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Credit Officer to join a busy and supportive team based in Mulgrave on a short-term temporary assignment.
This well-established and highly regarded organisation operates within the commercial equipment and service industry and offers a professional, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar Credit position, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage your own ledger.
A proactive approach and strong customer service focus are essential, along with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Intermediate computer skills are required, including experience with Word and Excel. Previous SAP experience will be highly regarded.

- Following up outstanding claims and liaising with Customer Service
- Processing credit applications
- Liaising with Sales Account Managers and Service Managers
- Debt collection and account follow-up
- Allocations and cash receipt processing in SAP
