An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigation lawyer to join a growing wills, estates and trusts disputes practice. This role offers a strong mix of autonomy and collaboration within a supportive team environment.

About the Firm
This south of the river-based commercial law firm provides litigation and dispute resolution services across general and complex commercial matters.

The Role

• Advise and represent clients in contentious estates and trust matters, including probate disputes, family provision claims, and challenges to wills
• Act for executors, trustees, beneficiaries and administrators in disputes relating to estate administration, superannuation and trusts
• Contribute to mentoring junior team members and support business development and client relationship activities

About You

• You will ideally have 5+ years’ post-admission experience with a focus on wills, estates and trust litigation
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage matters independently
• A proactive, dependable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively
