You will champion the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects, including conferences, roundtables, and high-tech webinar productions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Take full ownership of the event lifecycle, from initial concept development to final post-event financial reconciliation.
- Content & Logistics: Partner closely with clients to refine event messaging and structure while conducting advisory site visits to develop logistical solutions.
- Commercial Management: Oversee comprehensive project budgets, demonstrating sharp commercial acumen to protect profitability through rigorous contract negotiation.
- Third-Party Orchestration: Lead the research, booking, and on-site coordination of venues and external contractors to ensure flawless execution.
- Safety & Compliance: Manage health and safety assessments, ensuring all projects meet stringent risk management standards.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven individual who thrives under the pressure of live event environments.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for client and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience: Proven track record in an events agency setting with a deep understanding of project management milestones, preferrably for Financial Institution clients.
- Technical Skills: Strong administrative and IT capabilities, coupled with the ability to manage complex financial data.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional diplomacy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt communication styles to influence various project stakeholders.
- Eligibility: Candidates must currently possess the right to work in Hong Kong, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
