This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to join a supportive and professional practice. You will work across a broad range of estate planning, administration and estate litigation matters, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and develop your expertise in private client law.

The Role

• Advise clients on wills, estate planning, trusts, succession strategies and estate disputes.  
• Manage estate administration matters from start to finish, including probate applications.  
• Assist in estate litigation matters, including family provision claims, and disputes relating to wills and estates.
• Provide clear, practical advice to individuals and families on wealth structuring and asset protection.  
• Work closely with colleagues across dispute resolution and commercial teams where matters intersect.  
• Manage your own files with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment

About You

• Minimum 3+ years PAE with a strong focus on wills, estates and trustsand ideally estate litigation. 
• Experience in estate planning, administration and exposure to contested estate matters is advantageous.  
• Strong drafting, communication and client management skills.  
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.  
• Proactive, reliable and capable of managing matters independently.  
• A team-oriented approach with a commitment to client service.
