The Role

• Contribute to a wide range of corporate matters, including private M&A, joint ventures, operating agreements, marketing agreements, royalty arrangements and development projects.
• Work directly with a Tier 1-ranked partner and global industry leader on transactions across Australia and internationally.
• Support clients across the mining and energy transition sectors, gaining significant learning opportunities on cutting-edge, high-value deals.

About You

• You will ideally have demonstrable experience in a leading M&A practice and be admitted in Australia or New Zealand.
• You will bring strong academic results, excellent attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex legal issues with confidence.
• You will be proactive, collaborative and curious about innovation, including AI and emerging technologies.
