- Providing guidance on property development and investment strategies
- Handling conveyancing transactions, including title searches, contract preparation, and settlement procedures
- Advising on property-related tax and regulatory compliance matters
- Collaborating with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions
- Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and industry best practices
- Minimum 4 years of experience in property law, including major developments, projects & leasing (ideally mid-tier or specialist firm background)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor legal documents to meet clients' needs
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
