Digital Supply Chain System Manager

We are looking for a Digital Supply Chain Systems Manager to join an expanding business in Hong Kong. This position will drive the development and optimization of digital sourcing platforms, ensuring they effectively support sourcing operations across global supplier networks. Acting as the functional lead for sourcing within the PLM ecosystem, the role will collaborate with sourcing leaders, technology teams, and platform partners to enhance workflows, strengthen data integrity, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the governance, configuration, and continuous improvement of PLM sourcing processes across multiple product categories, ensuring alignment with sourcing strategies and business timelines.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Buying, Planning, and Quality teams to define business requirements and translate them into clear system specifications and process enhancements.
• Serve as the primary contact for SaaS PLM vendors and internal technology teams, managing enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and providing input into future platform development.
• Maintain high data accuracy across item setup, cost management, lead times, and compliance information to support informed sourcing decisions.
• Develop and deliver reporting and analytics that provide visibility into supplier performance, costing, and operational efficiency.
• Lead training, onboarding, and change management activities to improve adoption of digital sourcing tools and ensure continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in sourcing within a retail, FMCG, or consumer goods environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLM sourcing platforms and digital sourcing workflows.
• Practical experience with sourcing processes such as vendor onboarding, costing, RFQs, and critical path management.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions and support testing and deployment of new system enhancements.
• Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Centric, Inspectorio, or similar) is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrations between PLM, ERP, and supply chain systems, and experience working with SaaS vendors or technology teams.
