Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive seasonal raw material capacity planning across a global vendor network.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding order allocation and projection adjustments across countries and suppliers.
  • Develop short to mid-term raw material capacity strategies aligned with business objectives and global sourcing priorities.
  • Partner with Demand Planning leadership to improve forecast accuracy and optimize capacity utilization.
  • Monitor market trends, calendar shifts, and risk indicators to proactively adjust capacity plans.
  • Advance material sourcing operations strategies supporting new product introductions, supply chain resilience, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical, Production Management, QA, Logistics, Finance, and Sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management within garment manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to manage global networks.
  • Raw Materials planning experience is highly preferrable.
  • Proven track record of managing regional teams.
  • Familiar with planning tools and software.
