As the Customer Service Officer/Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, support Financial Planners and management teams, and assist with a wide range of administrative and customer service functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is confident working with limited supervision, and is looking to grow within a supportive professional services setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer and triage incoming calls, resolving enquiries where possible or directing to the appropriate team member
  • Provide professional client interaction, including meeting and greeting clients at the office and during seminars
  • Assist Planners with appointment scheduling and diary coordination
  • Support the implementation of the TLS Client Value Proposition
  • Lodge new business documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Scan, file, and maintain documentation
  • Manage CRM and workflows, including rollovers, withdrawal requests, maturities, campaigns, urgent statements, welcome letters, delinks, and more
  • Follow up outstanding rollovers, insurance, and withdrawal enquiries
  • Prepare and request campaign listings from the client database
  • Assist with seminars, presentations, and office events
  • Maintain Worksorted client database, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Skills and Abilities:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Previous administration experience essential
  • Exposure to financial planning, professional services, or similar client-focused environments is an advantage
