This role will function to lead the sourcing process, through creation of the solicitation documents, evaluation of proposals and in execution of agreed upon negotiations strategy with selected suppliers.
Leads evaluation and execution of risk mitigation strategies and establishes solid contracts that are in the long-term best interest of the customer.
Has responsibility for managing customer expectations for project deliverables through effective and timely communications. Conducts a post-project lessons learned reviews with the customers to promote knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities Include:
Managing a variety of sourcing projects, including complex information technology contracts from initial request to executed contract. Candidate must have ability to multi-task, work with all levels of staff, have superior customer service skills and exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
