Family Lawyer (2+ years PAE)

About the role
Make a meaningful difference every day by guiding clients through all aspects of family law and helping them navigate pivotal moments in their lives. In this role, you will actively contribute to a growing family law practice that provides specialised advice across a broad range of family law matters.

Our client is now seeking a capable Family Lawyer (2+ years PAE) who can confidently manage files, build strong client relationships, and drive matters forward using the firm’s established systems, infrastructure, and resources.

Skills & experience
Ideally you will have:

• Solid family law experience (2+ years PAE) incl. complex divorce & property settlements; binding financial agreements, parenting arrangements, child support, children's issues incl. international matters, defacto & same sex relationships etc.;
• Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law;
• Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail;
• Capable of networking/marketing with the view to generating clients;
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
