Health and Safety Business Partner

A high-impact opportunity for a hands-on HSSE Business Partner to join a large-scale, operational environment across multiple sites in Western Sydney.

This role sits at the frontline of operations, partnering closely with site leaders to drive safety performance, embed practical risk management, and influence culture across a complex, fast-paced workforce.

The Role

• Act as the primary safety advisor to operational leaders across multiple sites
• Drive safety culture and embed practical, frontline risk management strategies
• Lead incident investigations, including high-potential and notifiable events
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and internal frameworks
• Support audits, inspections, and ongoing assurance activities
• Analyse safety data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Coach and mentor leaders to improve capability and accountability
• Support environmental and compliance reporting requirements

About You

• Proven experience in a hands-on HSE / WHS role within a multi-site environment
• Strong understanding of transport, warehousing, or operational risk environments
• Experience managing incident investigations, audits, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to influence and engage frontline leaders and blue-collar workforces
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and coach effectively
