About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Full-time (standard business)
- Setting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a support between the company and subservicer for MSO initiatives
- Collaborating with legal and sourcing on contract reviews
- Utilizing MS Office tools for procedure management
- Facilitating meetings and tracking project progress
- Preparing executive updates on program and project statuses
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Mortgage Servicing or related fields
- Thorough understanding of business issues
- Proficient in Conflict Resolution and Budget Management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable interfacing via email, phone, and in person
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certification in Project Management
- Experience in Capital Markets and/or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
