We are immediately hiring Maintenance Technicians for property management!

Job Description:

Currently looking to hire a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, trustworthy candidates to work in the Property Management Industry!

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate the time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.

General Job Duties

• Interior /Exterior Painting
• Appliance Repair
• Turns
• Prepare and Complete Service Request
• Inspect Grounds and Common Areas
• Update Inventory Logs
• Troubleshooting Repair Issues
• Install Locks/Make Keys
• Maintenance Team Support
