Skilled Labourers

JV Recruitment are currently on the lookout for experienced Labourers and Trade Assistants for ongoing roles at a busy prefab warehouse based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

You’ll be working across a clean and well-run facility, assisting with the production and movement of prefabricated building components. These roles offer steady hours and the opportunity to secure long-term work for the right candidates.

What you’ll be doing:

• Skilled labouring, use of hand and power tools
• Join the cabinetmaking team if you have the relevant experience
• Assisting trades onsite and in the factory
• Loading/unloading materials and manual handling
• Working alongside a friendly and safety-focused team

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a construction, warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Previous carpentry/cabinetmaking/joinery experience highly advantageous
• Reliable, hard-working and able to work full-time hours
• Own transport highly desired but not essential
• Full PPE required

What’s on offer:

• Ongoing work with full-time hours
• Day and afternoon shifts available 
• $35.33 - $38  per hour + superannuation (casual loading applies for afternoon shifts)
• Overtimes rates apply
• Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
