? Operating production machinery: Run and monitor equipment such as conveyor belts and packaging machines to ensure smooth, efficient output. ? Assembling and preparing products: Work with materials to produce cat litter, small animal bedding, and lawn and garden products according to company standards. ? Performing quality checks: Inspect products for accuracy and consistency to maintain top-tier quality control. In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace, collaborate with team members to meet production goals, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or equivalent. ? 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. ? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. ? Comfortable working in a dusty environment. Skills: ? Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure consistent workflow. ? Attention to Detail: Ensures every product meets company quality and performance standards. ? Teamwork Communication: Collaborates effectively with coworkers to achieve shared production goals. ?
