What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ recruitment experience (preferably within a white-collar or technical sector)
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
- A consultative sales style and a passion for connecting great people with great businesses
- A growth mindset; coachable, collaborative, and driven by outcomes
- A genuine desire to contribute to clients’, candidates’, and colleagues’ success
