We're partnering with a respected NFP organisation to recruit a Business Systems Project Coordinator who will play a key role in improving the way the organisation operates. This position will lead the coordination of new business systems, drive process improvement initiatives and support the successful implementation of digital solutions across the organisation.
Working closely with stakeholders at every level, you'll help identify opportunities to streamline operations, implement practical technology solutions and build staff capability to ensure long-term success.

The opportunity
You'll be responsible for coordinating business systems projects while working with teams across the organisation to understand how they operate and where improvements can be made.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the implementation, configuration and optimisation of CRM and business systems.
- Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map existing and future processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce duplication and enhance service delivery.
- Coordinating testing, system integration, user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
- Developing business process documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Delivering training and ongoing support to maximise system adoption across the organisation.
- Monitoring project milestones, risks and timelines while supporting broader digital transformation initiatives.
You'll have experience delivering business systems or digital transformation projects and enjoy working with people to find practical solutions to business challenges.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience coordinating business systems or CRM implementation projects from planning through to delivery.
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
- The ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops and translate operational needs into practical system solutions.
- Well-developed project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience developing documentation, training materials and supporting organisational change.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
