Primary generalists and secondary specialists are both in high demand. We are currently filling roles in Mathematics, Science, English, Humanities, Languages, HPE, Design & Technology, the Arts, Special Education and Early Years, plus middle and senior leadership positions.

The Salary

Teacher salaries in Australia range from around $85,000 to $145,000 AUD + 12% superannuation, depending on the state or territory, your years of experience and any leadership responsibilities. Superannuation is paid on top, and many regional and remote schools add relocation assistance, subsidised accommodation and retention bonuses.

What you will need

• New Zealand citizenship - this is what gives you automatic work rights in Australia, so it is an eligibility requirement for these roles
• A recognised teaching qualification and current teacher registration
• Registration with the teaching authority in your chosen Australian state or territory - we will guide you through the process
