We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer and Operator to join the team on day shift with a 06:00hrs start. The focus of this role is to be responsible for the manufacture of CNC milled components for tools, jigs and fixtures used in the manufacturing process to meet the changing needs of our clients. 

Duties
  • Write CNC programs 
  • Operate CNC milling machines for open cast tooling, compression mould tools and injection mould tools
  • Complete setup of tooling and work pieces, trailing of programs, inspection of finished components
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machinery
Requirements
  • Previous CNC / Toolmaker role
  • Experience with Hypermill or Mastercam
  • Ability to operate CNC milling machine 
  • Working with power tools and equipment 
  • Skilled in interpreting complex mechanical documents and drawings
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards specified deadlines.
