We're partnering with a leading University  to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-profile digital transformation program focused on the future of teaching and learning.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative program team, working closely with senior stakeholders to coordinate project governance, reporting and delivery activities across a strategic enterprise initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple work streams.
• Prepare governance packs, committee papers and meeting minutes.
• Manage RAID logs, action registers and project documentation.
• Maintain project schedules, status reports and delivery artefacts.
• Support steering committees and governance forums.
• Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure projects remain on track and key milestones are achieved.

Key skills and experience required:

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or Program Coordinator role supporting complex transformation programs  (ideally in Higher Education or NSW Government)
• Strong project governance and reporting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple project streams nd managing conflicting priorities. 
• Experience supporting steering committees and executive governance.
• Secretariat experience across multiple project streams
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, RAID logs and PMO artefacts.
• Exposure to technology, digital or business transformation projects.
• Exposure to implementation of AI and how this effects teaching and learning would be highly regarded
• Experience within higher education or government will be highly regarded but is not essential.
