RELATED TASKS
- Coordinate client mailings, approvals, proofs, vendor production, and undeliverable communications.
- Submit track document and vendor requests supporting conversions and special projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for third-party vendor requests, estimates, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinate testing and validation for system updates, conversions, and regulatory initiatives.
- Provide light technical support by troubleshooting basic system, access, data, and workflow issues and escalating more complex problems.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve project and system-related issues.
- Maintain project documentation, status tracking, approvals, and communication records.
