Due to growth in the business, a newly created role has become available for a Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.
The Role:
Responsible for implementing the strategic digital marketing initiatives that enhance capability, customer experience and marketing effectiveness, you'll work across CRM, marketing automation, websites, SEO, AI and analytics to establish and optimise the digital frameworks, workflows and reporting systems that support the broader marketing function.

The Role:
Responsible for implementing the strategic digital marketing initiatives that enhance capability, customer experience and marketing effectiveness, you'll work across CRM, marketing automation, websites, SEO, AI and analytics to establish and optimise the digital frameworks, workflows and reporting systems that support the broader marketing function.
This includes:
- Build out marketing automation from the ground up across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including nurture streams, behavioural triggers and lead scoring, following a recent platform migration
- Plan and deploy re-engagement campaigns to activate dormant and inactive leads, enriching customer data through progressive profiling
- Own SEO strategy and structure, collaborating closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Project Marketing Managers on execution
- Drive website conversion optimisation, focused on customer journey, AB testing, CTAs and form placement
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards across campaign, website, CRM and database performance
- Lead the adoption of AI-assisted marketing workflows and support rollout of tools like Microsoft Copilot across the business
- Super experienced in marketing automation, this is the core requirement of the role
- Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (EDM, SMS, automation), Salesforce CRM/admin experience not required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a bonus, not essential
- Solid, mid-level experience in website conversion optimisation
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, deep specialisation not required
- Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role, open to candidates from outside Property or Real Estate
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field highly regarded
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- Genuine curiosity for AI and new marketing technology, professional or personal projects both count
- Report into a lovely, curious, down-to-earth manager with strong industry experience
- WFH flexibility, currently 1 day per week
