About the Role
As an Assembly Lead, you will support daily production activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence. Your hands-on expertise in electronics and mechanical assembly will be vital as you manage workflow, resolve issues, and collaborate with management to meet production goals.

Pay Rate: $20.00
Available Shift Times: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support assembly technicians during production
• Organize daily work assignments and prioritize tasks
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards
• Assemble electronic components, wiring, and metal structures
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Support troubleshooting and workflow resolution
• Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment
• Mentor and onboard new team members
• Collaborate with management on project timelines and operational needs

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in electronics, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing
• Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with wiring and electronic components
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Dependability, hands-on approach, and ability to work collaboratively
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
