About the Position
The school is seeking a full-time ongoing Food Technology Teacher to join its Cobblebank campus from Term 3. This role will involve teaching Food Technology across Years 7–12, delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons while supporting students to develop lifelong skills in food preparation, nutrition and hospitality.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons across Years 7–12 aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and VCE requirements where applicable.

  • Maintain a safe, organised and well-managed practical learning environment.

  • Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues.

  • Work collaboratively with the Technologies faculty and broader teaching team.

  • Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment and student learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Relevant teaching qualification.

  • Current or eligible VIT registration.

  • Ability to teach Food Technology across Years 7–12.

  • Commitment to child safety and student wellbeing.

  • Willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school.
