Partner Solution Consultant

As a Partner Solutions Consultant, you will support MSSPs during deployments and enable the partner on the platform features and advise on best practices, ensuring smooth resolution of any technical issues that may occur.  Smooth deployment and technical issue resolution are key in maintaining a strong experience for our customers.

What you will do

• Be able to handle a portfolio of Partners that have their own flavors and offerings.
• Take on multiple hats as needed and propose changes to continuously improve Partner Solutions.
• Become the trusted advisor for Partners by having an in-depth understanding of their Security set-up and their business operations.
• Program management during the on-boarding and deployment business.
• Configuration of the  platform in alignment with business requirements.
• Product training, security training and consultation.
• Manage the onboarding project milestones, schedules and tasks.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in Partner or Customer Post-Sales Engagement.
• Technical proficiency in computer networking, protocols and operating system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Experience with complex partner or customer situations, and propose creative solutions to clients at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and Partners.
• Understanding of network technologies (Firewalls, routers and switches) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP etc)
• Operating System knowledge (Windows, Linux and Mac)
• Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
• Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong Team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
