HOMECARE ASSISTANTS - SLIGO/MAYO

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting customers with medication
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and promoting overall health and wellbeing
• Building meaningful relationships with the people you care for

Requirements

• A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
• A full, clean driver's licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Excellent reliability and a positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided
