This role focuses on building and activating marketing journeys, monitoring performance, and delivering reporting in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday TO Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST)
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Design digital marketing strategies for campaigns, including target audiences, channels, sequencing, and timing.
- Define campaign logic, success criteria, KPIs, and reporting expectations before launch.
- Translate marketing strategy into executable campaign logic within Adobe platforms.
- Configure and activate campaigns, audiences, rules, and journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and produce actionable reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness, quality, and continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years of Adobe experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or a related field
- Bilingual (English and Spanish or Portuguese)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Marketo
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, or marketing automation
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
