This nationally recognized independent hospital in Illinois is looking for a pediatrician to join their outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:
• The modern outpatient clinic is located right next to the hospital
• Work with a collegial primary care group providing comprehensive care to the community
• Hospital leadership allows you the autonomy to build your practice your way
• Enjoy a 4-day work week with moderate volume and flexible call
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed ongoing, $300,000+ base salary plus a production bonus
• Total earning potential to $400,000
• Strong incentives included a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
• Enjoys 6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
• Comprhensive benefits included health, dental and vision insurance and both 403b and 457 retirement programs
