Job Description:Production Operator – Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire£13.00 per hour | Temp to PermAre you an experienced Production Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company? We are currently recruiting multiple Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team based in Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire.This is a full-time temp-to-perm position offering stable hours, weekly routine, and the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks, including access to monthly bonus schemes.Job Details:
- Location: Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire
- Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (Monthly bonus scheme when permanent)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Paid Hours: 45 hours per week
- Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
- Monthly bonus schemes once permanent

- Handling and moving products throughout the manufacturing process
- Carrying out manual handling duties safely

- Good attention to detail
- Strong manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
