We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, organize, replenish, and stage products throughout the warehouse. Operators will work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a reach truck forklift to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.

  • Load and unload products from trailers, racks, and designated staging areas.

  • Place and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking at various heights.

  • Replenish inventory and keep picking locations properly stocked.

  • Pull, stage, and organize orders for shipment.

  • Verify product quantities and locations using an RF scanner or warehouse system.

  • Maintain accurate inventory placement and follow warehouse procedures.

  • Inspect equipment before operating and report any mechanical or safety issues.

  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

  • Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping goals.

  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Requirements: Previous reach truck/forklift experience preferred. Must be safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
