Maintenance Technician

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Pay: 25-31 /Hr
Shift:  Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m

Position Overview

Join a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems as a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, electrical troubleshooting experience, and a background in heavy manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, and documentation accurately
• Repair and replace piping, fittings, pumps, compressors, and related equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Use machine tools and welding equipment for repairs and fabrication as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
• Support parts ordering and inventory management
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Work with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to resolve equipment issues

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience (heavy manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with electrical systems, including 480V equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, compressors, and industrial machinery
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systems
• Welding and crane operation experience preferred
• CNC machine experience is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred (training provided)
