Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major civil construction project commencing late August 2026, with work available through to January 2027.

We are looking for experienced operators across a range of machinery, with 15+ positions available.

🔧 Positions AvailableWe are currently seeking operators experienced on:
  • Grader Operators
  • Dozer Operators
  • Excavator Operators
  • Watercart Operators
  • Roller Operators
  • Moxy / Articulated Dump Truck Operators
📍 Project Details
  • Start Date: End of August 2026
  • Project Duration: August 2026 – January 2027
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday Work: Potential Saturday work depending on the project program
  • Work: Major civil construction / earthworks project
👷 What We're Looking ForTo be successful, you will have:
  • Proven experience operating your nominated machine in a civil construction environment
  • Relevant plant tickets / VOCs
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Reliable transport to and from site
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday with potential Saturday work
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work as part of a professional civil construction crew
