About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team servicing clients across Joondalup and Ellenbrook. This position offers a combination of clinic-based and community-based work, supporting paediatric and adult clients with a broad range of disabilities and developmental needs.

Working closely with other Allied Health professionals, you will provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and ongoing support tailored to each client's individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
• Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings
• Contribute to assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
• Liaise effectively with clients, families, carers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
• Deliver services in an ethical, professional, and accountable manner

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Experience working with paediatric clients and/or individuals living with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
