*Manager will prioritize candidates local to San Diego or San Mateo but is open to remote for the right person
*12 month contract 
* $55-65/hr on W2

Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship, NO C2C! 

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized PC Operations Specialist to support the launch of a premium gaming title on PC.
This role will serve as the operational lead supporting PC launch readiness, campaign execution, storefront management, platform coordination, and cross-functional project support. The Specialist will execute established marketing plans and ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-focused, passionate about PC gaming, and experienced in managing high-volume workflows across complex marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

PC Operations

• Support day-to-day execution of the PC program.
• Maintain launch trackers, schedules, readiness plans, and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate and track PC-specific deliverables and deadlines across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Monitor progress against key milestones and flag risks or gaps to appropriate leads.
• Develop and execute post launch strategy and tactics to grow long tail PC business

Storefront & Platform Support

• Manage storefront asset tracking and updates.
• Coordinate screenshots, trailers, copy, feature descriptions, and marketing assets.
• Support platform marketing opportunities and related deliverables.
• Ensure storefronts accurately reflect product positioning and launch readiness.
• Monitor storefront pages for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Campaign Operations

• Manage asset routing, version control, approvals, and delivery tracking.
• Support campaign status reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Identify operational risks and help coordinate resolution plans.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with product, creative, marketing, community, platform, and project management teams.
• Maintain visibility into launch milestones and dependencies.
• Help ensure executional alignment across launch workstreams.
• Manage high-volume workflows and tight timelines during critical launch periods.

Post-Launch Support

• Assist with launch reporting and operational reviews.
• Support ongoing campaign operations and content initiatives following launch.
• Leading a long tail acquisition campaign to maximize growth on the platform
• Helping drive strategy for future iterations based on insights and learnings
• Contribute to post-launch learnings by capturing execution insights and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing and supporting PC games
• Familiarity with PC gaming ecosystems and storefronts.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing creative production workflows.
• Passion for PC gaming and gaming culture.

Estimated Min Rate: $55.00
