Location: Blackburn.
Annual Salary - £45,000
Working Routine: 50 hours per week - working 5 days over 7.
Wednesday - Sunday - operating Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner.
Your role within the company, but not limited to:
- Support the daily running service
- Motivating a large team
- Compliance, training and development
- Keeping your eye on stock and making orders
- Maintain Hygiene and health and safety
Experience, skills & requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years experience as a sous chef.
- Fine Dining experience
- Eye for detail
- Exceptional standards in cleanliness
- Organisation skills
- An ambitious and committed attitude to succeed
- Excellent team spirit and leadership skills
- Food safety skills
