Apply directA Regional Operations Manager is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and best practices throughout our markets. Support personnel including VPs, Area Managers, Market Managers, Business Development Managers, Recruiters, and Branch Administrators in plans, business best practices, and training. Helping to identify new process improvements and opportunities to support the field in growth based on direction and input from management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with field training for Market Managers, BDMs, and Recruiting personnel on the use of JobDiva, sales tools, training tools, etc.

Promote and deliver support to create a consistent workflow for all Nesco Resource markets based on established processes or identified improvements approved by management.

Support the field organization with the implementation of new company initiatives, strategic business objectives or service line expansions from the direction of the Vice President of Operations.

Provide operational support to all markets to promote the market-operating model established by management.

Set and clarify requirements and expectations for leadership team. Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable for their performance and the performance of their market.

Create, audit, and monitor strategic plans for leadership, ensuring workloads are distributed appropriately and in a manner that will optimize service.

Provide special reporting and performance data related to recruiting and service delivery.

Support markets as it relates to specific compliance benchmarks either from a corporate or contract perspective.

All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree and previous staffing industry experience preferred such as experience in full-life cycle of recruiting or sales, such as, sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, comp analysis, prospecting, meetings, sales strategy, relationship management, pricing, and formulating offers.

Preferred previous experience with ATS, CRM, and HRIS systems. Highly preferred to have experience with JobDiva.

Excellent interpersonal communication ability, organizational and time management skills.

Ability to travel to all US branch locations. Travel Expected: up to 40-50% based upon business need.

Requires ability to function in a team-oriented environment.

Strong customer service skills and business ethics.

Expertise in MS Office Products.
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Daily operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine and computer printer. Occasionally positions self to move boxes or equipment weighing 25 pounds or less. Frequently communicates with fellow employees and phone callers. Must be able to perceive objects at a distance and up close.
