SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient family medicine physician to join their team of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practitioners.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary starting at $313,000, with flexibility based on experience
- Choice of a $150,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment assistance (forgiven over three years)
- Relocation assistance available

Position Details:
- 100% outpatient role offering excellent work-life balance, w/ a 4-day workweek & flexible part-time opportunities
- No call responsibilities, allowing you to fully disconnect outside of clinic hours
- Daily volume of 18–20 patients, supporting meaningful, unrushed patient interactions
- Practice in a brand-new, modern facility equipped w/ the latest technology
- Optional opportunity to supplement your schedule w/ inpatient shifts; completely voluntary
- Utilize EPIC EMR along w/ DAX Copilot to streamline documentation & enhance efficiency
