Position: Seasonal Area Supervisor

Location: Phillipsburg, NJ

Sun - Wed - 6pm - 5am
Wed - Sat - 6pm - 5am

Flexport, a leader in global trade management, partners with Integrity Staffing Solutions (ISS), the Phillipsburg Fulfillment Center is entering its peak season and is seeking Seasonal Area Supervisors to provide essential leadership support. These roles are designed to bridge leadership gaps during the busiest time of year while also serving as a development opportunity for high-performing team leads interested in progressing into future Area Manager roles.

Seasonal Area Supervisors will oversee daily operational execution, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. While this role will not include exempt-level administrative responsibilities (such as STL tasks or external site support), it offers hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise associates in assigned departments (e.g., BHN, Single Pool, FHD Outbound).

· Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate process execution to meet daily and weekly operational targets.

· Motivate, coach, and develop associates to achieve high performance.

· Support onboarding and training of new associates during peak volume.

· Drive continuous improvement through adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Partner with Operations Managers and Area Managers to resolve workflow challenges and staffing needs.

· Serve as a role model for Integrity, Safety, and Operational Excellence.

Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus! 

· Previous leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment (lead, trainer, or supervisor-level).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and coach diverse teams.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Problem-solving mindset with focus on process improvement.

· Flexibility to work varying shifts and extended hours during peak.
